Memorial Weekend
Derek and I took the kids to the Bees game this weekend...what a blast!! The kids had so much fun, although I am sure they liked the concessions stand and gift shop better that the actual game!!! We were all set to go camping for Memorial weekend (as usual) but the weather made us fear spending 4 days in a cramped trailer telling kids to get out of the mud and watching Derek mop the floor every 2 minutes...( he cant stand messes)!! So we decided to head up to Salt Lake, stay in a nice clean hotel, enjoy some swimming and whatever other CLEAN activities we could find. (We really are becoming wimps in our old age!!) All in all it was a very enjoyable weekend for us, but we never could break down and tell the kids that the weather on the desert was perfect!!!

Cute blog! It sounds like the game was fun, we want to take the kids on the 4th of July so they can see the fireworks. Don't let Candee make you feel too bad about your age, she will ALWAYS be older than me!
I'm sorry we never got a chance to get together on Saturday but it sounds like you guys had fun as a family and sometimes that is the best. (Quality family time)
